He has been with SureFire for over ten years and has been involved with most aspects of the company. From database management to site design. In his free time he is an avid video game enthusiast and is dabbling in mobile game design.

Richard began SureFire Systems Inc., a company he started in 1996, after working 20+ years in the industry for his father at Harcar. After learning the window and door business from the ground up, Richard used his knowledge of engineering, physics, and computers to put together one of the early software systems for window and door dealers and, later, for manufacturers. Unlike other software companies, Richard and his team sweat the details to make everything work in operations as smoothly and easily as possible. When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 adult children in the mountains of North Carolina.

Chris has been dedicated to ensuring that your products get entered into SureFire and your staff trained in an insanely accurate way for over 5 years. When not providing fanatical customer service, you might find Chris at a local Car Show winning an award.
