SureFire Systems, Inc. has created SureFire ONLine…a unique True Web Portal Online service providing ALL Manufacturers of Windows and Doors with a Web Quoting and Ordering System. SureFire ONLine was designed by Window Manufacturing Experts with over a century of combined experience actually managing Window and Door companies. From its inception, SureFire ONLine was crafted to provide window and door manufacturing companies with the tools necessary to process customer quotes, orders and purchase orders. Providing comprehensive support to this system, SureFire Systems, Inc. loads your product offering, pricing and engineering data into the database prior to implementation.
With a fully recoverable Launch fee, SureFire Systems, Inc. assumes all responsibilities associated with the creation of your Sales Catalog, Product Offering, Product Alignments and Pricing schemes. SureFire Systems, Inc. defines your products in your terms for your use. We are experts at this, and can do it quickly and accurately. SureFire ONLine is an easy-to-use tool for your customers. With the use of the Internet your customers have access, with your permission, to your product offerings and price book. Your customers have the ability to quote your products to their customers, convert quotes to orders and orders to purchase orders. Those purchase orders are downloaded and made available to you for processing. Both you and your customers benefit with this oNLine service. Your customers create selling accounts for their use, accessible via the internet, and you have the Web Ordering Presence necessary in today’s selling environment. To make SureFire ONLine available, the manufacturer must have its products in a SureFire Product Definition. SureFire Systems, Inc. charges a fixed fee based on the products of the manufacturer to translate the manufacturer’s price books, catalogs, engineering, bills of material, and plant systems into a data set unique to that manufacturer. This fee is rebated back to the manufacturer on a 50% basis of the unit delivery fee until fully rebated. Additional Product Definition work (new products, changes and updates to existing products) is charged for and rebated in the same way over time. Once the manufacturer has reached 50,000 lines per month, there are no charges for new products or changes.

Control Pricing
- Dealers and Distributors will be unable to change your costs and selling factors.
Look at Quote Activity
- Quote Activity for your Dealers’ and Distributors’ standard accounts is visible for levels of Volume, Value and Cost Data.
- Customer information will remain private to the Dealers and Distributors.
Evaluate Sales
- With your SureFire Dashboard, your Key Performance Indicators will always be in view.
Assign Special Accounts
- Special Dealer Selling Accounts can be established with Special Pricing. All job related information will be visible.
- Dealers and Distributors will only be authorized to use special account numbers for specific customers.
Respond to Special Requests
- Using exclusive SureFire “Share Key” technology, Dealers and Distributors may request special considerations for a specific Quote.
- You will be able to modify pricing, responding to each request, and Release the quote to your Dealer…LOCKED!
